Hi. I have reset my versa 2 to factory settings. Its asking me to install the fitbit app, which I have done when I set my versa up the first time. It is now not showing on my phone. I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall, but it is showing my account already in use. What do I need to do?

If you factory reset a fitbit it removes all its settings so you need to go through the setup process again.
Login to the app using your original ID and password and go into the acount section by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main screen. There you'll see an option to "set up a device". Select this and it will step you through the process of re-adding the fitbit to your account.
