Hi @Clarymaire - it is not good to let the battery run out, try charging when the level gets to 25% to avoid that happening.

If the battery runs out completely time may have to be reset which normally works by just syncing the watch fully, it may require a watch restart or even a logout of the app and phone restart.

In the Fitbit App click profile photo and App settings and turn Off/On automatic time zone setting and sync again, this often helps get the time right.

Note: in the Fitbit App click profile photo and Notifications and you can get an email and/or notification when the battery level gets low so you won't miss it.

Hi @Jrasimas, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.

However, this may also also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.
