Reset to factory setting now what

My versa stopped tracking so I reset now Versa tells me to download app. When I try to download it says email already in use. Now what????

@Csd2 Please try this:

 

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes)
  3. Place your Versa in a charging dock near your router as you will be using wifi to download the firmware update
  4. Login to Fitbit mobile app with the email address you're using to log in to this forum. It's linked to your main Fitbit account
  5. Add new device, choose Versa. If you haven't removed it from your account before factory reset, you  will be prompted to replace it with a ''new" one. Agree.
  6. Follow the instructions on the screen including wifi network setup.
