My Versa watch was needing to be recharged constantly (every day) so I reset it to factory settings and now I cannot get it operating ... I have the fitbit app on my iphone, my samsung tablet AND my pc but nothing is working.............any idea where I go from here?

After you reset to factory settings, you need to go into the Fitbit App and remove/delete the Versa from the list of devices linked to the account. Also go into the phone's list of linked bluetooth devices and remove the Versa. Then go back into the Fitbit App and add the Versa back.
