So I’ll try to make this short....my versa stopped tracking my heart rate, the green light on the back stopped flashing. So went through all the resets and everything suggested on the forums. Today I got a hold of the Fitbit help and they got me to do a hard 3 button reset...well now my screen won’t turn on and they say it’s defective but won’t replace it! Is there anyone that’s had this issue?? My phone is connected to it and wants to set it up but without screen Turing on I can’t get the set up code...all they offered was 25% a new one, which I feel isn’t good enough if this is a defective watch

Hi @SunsetRunner Unfortunately if your warranty has expired the watch wont be replaced. That is normal proceedure no matter what the product or company. I understand it is annoying when something dies after the warranty has expired but it happens.

Well my watch at least worked beside the heart rate before I was told to do the hard reset! Now it’s completely screwed!

Literally same exact issue. I just got mine to turn back on by holding all the buttons for at least 10 seconds. During my run today the heart rate stopped working and it kept kicking me out of the apps or other screens and forcing me to the home screen or locking me out. Superrrrr weird. Had no problems before today. Was there an update recently?

Yea mine has worked great up until 2 days ago, and then did trouble shooting but still wouldn’t read my heart rate but everything else worked. When the Fitbit rep got me to hard reset is when is screwed up and I’ve been trying to hold the buttons and nothing, the watch is on but the screen won’t come on. I’ve tried plugging it in and everything. I believe there is an update recently

Mine came back on but it still wont track HR. Going to call them tomorrow and see. It's really frustrating as I didnt change any settings and it started doing this out of the blue.

Yes super frustrating, the part that really mad me a bit mad was the rep said oh it’s a defective watch! Well doesn’t defective usually go back on Fitbit not me? The best they said they can do is 25% off a new one...
