Hi everybody!

I've found a fitbit versa on the beach this summer. I turned it in at the police but the owner didn't come to pick it up so now I own it. The problem is that the watch has a pin-code. Is there any way to reset the watch without having the phone that set up the watch?

Hi, if you want to use it, you will have to do a factory reset: Press and hold all three buttons the same time and wait untill you feel a strong vibration. If you have felt that, release the right lower button and see what happens. Sometimes you will have to do that several times. A factory reset will aslo erase all historical data.
