Resetting Step Counter

Is there a way we can reset/clear our step counter on our own? Everyday I wake up having 3-4000 steps accumulated when I have been in bed all night.

You could try going on to the fitbit app - tap the weekly exercise tile - then the stopwatch in the top right corner - and then log previous. Where it says exercise type, type in driving. You can now enter the date and time of the period you wish to remove steps from.

Put my Versa on charge last night before bed 11:30 PM , woke up @ 8:00 AM to put it on already had 13,000 steps . Last week when it was on charge I walked over 21K steps without having it on . Beginning to think this was a bad purchase . May switch to the new Apple 4 & cut my losses . The Apple 4 will sync & work with Dexcom 6 CGM
