Resetting proper time after travel in Europe

How to reset time to Canadian time after being in Europe? Watch is synched to phone here but stays at Europe time, six hours ahead!

The watch syncs to the phone time, but the time zones determine what is shown. They should set automatically based on your location. 

 

Check you phone Fitbit app and make sure that in the app settings time zone is set to your home time zone and that “set automatically” is on. Make sure in your phone settings that in “date & time” is set to update automatically.
