My resting heart rate hasn't changed for several days. The Versa seems to be tracking my heart rate accurately, but the resting heart rate has been 70bpm for the past 7 days. In the past, even when my heart rate is relatively steady, the resting heart rate changes by a point or two every day or so. Is there a problem?

Hi, maybe or maybe not. What you could try to do, since the resting HR is needed to accurately monitor your Sleep. twofold:

1. Restart you Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

2. On you phone, close the Fitbit app and deinstall it. Do not remove or unpair your Versa. Restart your phone and reinstall Fitbit app and turn BT on and sync with your Versa. Good luck!!

My Versa Lite is not tracking my sleep or updating my resting heart rate. I only have one button on my tracker. Any suggestions?

Versa2 is tracking my heart rate fine but not updating daily resting heart rate. It has been stuck on same value and not showing daily rate on past 30 day/monthly graph since it got stuck. I’ve restarted Fitbit, factory reset, uninstalled and reinstalled app.... The suggestion here doesn’t work for me. Any other ideas?

I have the same issue.  RHR is not changing even though sleeping resting heart rate is very low.
