Resting heart rate tile disappeared

Hello my resting heart best time as disappeared but it is still on my wife's phone we both have same fitbit versa 2 when I try to re add to mine it tells me my version does not have heart rate sensors and will not add

This is got to be a Fitbit problem and I think they need to fix it. My daughter's charge three, my Versa light, and at least one or two friends of mine have all lost heart rate tracking since November 6 2020

I keep looking on the forum for something from Fitbit to all of us but seems like they're just waiting for all of us to figure it out on our own. Highly irritating.

Thanks so much for your feedback, I agree absolutely, they spend enough
time plugging premium, one wonders if one subscribed to premium the problem
