Resting heart rate way too high

Hi

my versa was showing a heart rate of 200 when I was asleep.its now showing my resting heart rate between 110-170. Which is obviously wrong! My normal resting rate is between 48-54. Has anyone else experienced this and l know how to fix it?

It might occur when you wear the Versa too tight or too lazy. I recognized that when ít is very low ön battery, ít is not so precise.

But this can also be a fault of the sensor.

(48-54 of resting heart rate means that you are a very well-trained long distance runner or something like that. RHR is not the lowest heart rate during the night.)

Hi

Thanks for your reply. I have done sports all my life and train often. So I am quite fit.
My battery is at 50% and my strap is the same as it’s always been and never had a problem thus far.
At the moment as I am sitting reading my heart rate is 164!! Which obviously cannot be correct. I believe this is a fault with the fit bit itself. As I haven’t trained yet or done much today and it’s saying I’ve been in peak zone for 1hr 56. Cardio zone 1hr 8 and fat burn 2hrs 40. Again this is definitely not correct. Will they provide a new fit bit as this one is faulty.
