I have an iPhone 8.
I am paying for this premium service and it is gone - even back one month when I KNOW the data was present and I was able to view it.
IMHO - its an app problem since the bar graph displays the pct of time above and below resting heart rate.
You cant view them online either - so this needs to be fixed.
You cant get these stats online so please address this issue or I will be forced NOT to renew my Premium subscription.
There are several other threads in the community related to this that are several days old without an official response. Shamefull.

I am in DM contact with support via twitter and they are aware of it. AFTER I pointed out this post and the one below, they told me to monitor the one with an official response from a Fitbit moderator(amazing since I told them to review it to understand the severity of the issue!).

No, nothing different. It has not been recording for about a month. I just recently decided to Google if there was an issue with this feature. I think I might contact support.

Did your old ones update or just working today? Hopefully that means mine will start working again tomorrow...stopped working a few days ago and wiped all my previous graphs. 👎🏼

I had contacted support about it and they said they'd look into it, but I never heard anything back. (Maybe they did something to my account and didn't tell me?)
I have not updated my app since August 5th and I've done nothing to my watch. It really is a mystery. I don't feel confident that the graph will be there again tomorrow...

I recently started having the same problem. The ‘hammock’ chart used to appear and now weirdly (and annoyingly) it does not. Fitbit—please fix this !!

I’m having same issue. I get the percentage below resting but the graph is empty for the past couple of days.
Premium will be cancelled until this is fixed unfortunately.

I have been having the same issue. My graph did come back for a day, then disappeared again! Like others who have commented in this post, I too am paying for Premium for this feature. Several weeks ago, I was having issues with the heart rate showing at all. I contacted technical support and they were helpful during the chat, but I had to wait until the next day to see if the “fix” worked for sleep. They ended up sending me a new unit. The heart rate info works now, but, the graph only showed for one day. I am trying to be patient for a fix, because it is clearly an app issue.

I’ve been having the same problem but in my case it comes and goes. Yesterday was ok and today not working! I’ll be cancelling my Premium subscription! Very poor reacción from Fitbit! 😡

Mine was fixed for a day, but today it is gone again. I'm going to contact support again.

Hi Everyone, I called FB tech support yesterday and was told they are working on it & have no resolution time. Mine had not been working for almost 2 months & past data has been erased. FB has really done nothing to communicate to all of the Premium subscribers & personally I do not have a lot of confidence they are going to resolve this issue anytime soon.
The first person I spoke to regarding a refund on my premium fees should be fired. She was hostile and rude, and she really couldn’t have cared less & even stated that FB has no intention of refunding Premium subscription fees. I called back & talked to an awesome guy, he exhibited exemplary customer service & was genuinely invested in my frustration with this issue. He suggested contacted Apple & requesting a refund for my fee (I paid annually). Today I got an email from the ITunes Store that my annual subscription fee was refunded!
If you have an Apple phone, go to Apple Support, report a problem & follow the steps. Honestly I was pretty surprised to get a refund but really happy I did! Hopefully FB will resolve this issue soon.

I filed for a refund on my premium subscription Sunday and got it today.
Premium just lost a customer on this one. I got the last update from the iStore(v 3.28) and it did not change anything. That solidified my decision. If you look at the referring thread in my initial post, this has been happening for some folks since 8/5/20 .
The only reason I was a premium subscriber was for the graph.

UPDATE: Now, I’m not getting ANY sleep measurements. It does record my fall asleep and wake up times, but NOTHING else. So frustrating. I see they are rolling out with new devices are supposed to be able to do even more. I really would love it if they could fix the existing issues first!

Can you explain Apple’s side of this issue? I am confused. Everything on the FB app is working except the restoration chart. How does Apple play a part. This issue is happening on both IPhone and Android

The claim that it’s been fixed, but it hasn’t. I still can’t see my restoration graph. I hate paying for a service that I don’t get the full benefit of. I may just cancel my subscription.

It is 4/16/21 and I am having this problem again with the sleep heart rate graph being blank. Does anyone know how to fix on an IPhone

Same here and probably since then (4/16/2021) I've tried a hard reset of the device which fixed if last time but still not showing.. 😞
