I got my versa 2 in April, it's stopped working in September. Since it was still under warranty, I was able to contact Fitbit it start the return process. I sent my Fitbit out on September 17th, 2021. It is now October 14th and it still hasn't made it to the warehouse. That's not accounting for the time it's gonna take to get processed when it arrives at the warehouse. It's been a month without my Fitbit. If I knew it was gonna take this long for a refund, I would've just bought a new one. This is for anyone thinking about getting a new return... Think wisely about if you want to do this. Maybe just buy a new one. To say I'm irritated is just an understatement.
