Where do I even start? This watch has done nothing right for me since the moment I got it. The alarms don't work, the app constantly crashes my phone, and the watch itself never syncs. I have read countless "solved" forums and jumped through every hoop the moderators there told me to. Nothing has worked. In the 2 months I've had the watch, it has synced maybe 3 times. I was under the impression that it was supposed to sync more than that. The watch tells the time and the date, so if that's all you care about, you can get watches that do that for $15. This watch had the potential to be an amazing watch, and if it worked right, I'd vouch for it as being the best smartwatch on the market. However, Fitbit released it too soon to compete with the Apple watch, and it is plagued with problems. I will be returning my watch and buying a Garmin or a Samsung. Stay away from this watch.

@Gbott Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry you had such a negative experience with your Versa. If you're suspecting a faulty device, I would encourage you to reach out to Customer Support. I think it's worth a try.

I have worked with the watch for a time. I know I ruined the black one. The 2 pink ones I didn’t even Try. There was not a packing slip when I received the 3. I want to return them. Please reply soon. HWoody
