Returned Versa 3 to the warehouse and haven't gotten any news about it

I sent my watch back to the warehouse in Netherlands as instructed by the advisors on the community which was 6 weeks ago. I had a email back of proof of receipt of the watch by the warehouse but I haven't heard anything for the last 4 weeks what should I do now.
