Item was returned to Fitbit via their provided returned label thru DHL with confirmation of receipt. Fitbit said it takes abt 5-10 business days to respond to my email. It is now passed 10 days ( dropped on 26/12/2023) and still no respond. Have enquired, but Fitbit says item did deliver, but need warehouse to confirmed receipt. Is Fitbit now so inefficient that a confirmation need to take more than 10 business days? I wonder..
