Returning for exchange after 10 months

I love my fitbit. Yesterday the screen keeps nearly falling out. It works but the screen is making me not wear it. I have lost my receipt i bought it from a local tech shop. I still have the box but no receipt. I have emailed the fitbit company with picture evidence and just want some quicker advice.

You have done the right thing to contact customer support - it's the only way to progress a warranty claim.

 

My only concern would be that the warranty is only valid when the fitbit is bought from an approved retailer. See https://www.fitbit.com/retailers Otherwise you are well within the time limits. You can check the full terms at https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty
