Hey All
So I tend to do do a workout on the Ring Fit Adventure on the switch 3-5 days a week.
Now the game only counts calorie/movement etc when you are actually moving in the game and doesn't include warm up and cool down. For example i could be playing for 40 min real time but its only around 20 min in game.
i just wanted the best advice on the following:
1) What kind of exercise would you use when you start the game? I tend to use Workout
2) what calories would you believe/log Fit Bit or Ring Fit.
i hope this makes sense, i am restarting my weightloss and i want to make sure I am on the right path.
