Mijn versa 2 doet heeft sinds 16 november niet gesynchroniseerd. Er staat een rood kruis in beeld met de tekst "Data not cleared, Sync & try again. Maar hij synchoniseerd dus niet waardoor ik er niets aan kan doen. Zijn er tips wat ik moet doen. Groetjes Esmé

Sorry, @EsmeS13 - but the Fitbit forums do not support the Dutch language.
Sorry maar de fitbit forums ondersteunen geen Nederlands. Zou je misschien in het Engels kunnen posten? Maar probeer je Versa opnieuw op te starten door op de linker- en rechterbovenknop te drukken totdat je het Fitbit-logo ziet. Dat kan helpen.
