Rose Gold Versa 2 - Black Screen - Bricked?

Hi!  So  I am a habitual FitBit wearer and yesterday my Versa 2 started to act up.  The screen would flash back and forth from the notifications screen and Workout screen without me pushing a button or touching the screen.  I charged it fully overnight, but this morning after wearing it for about an hour, the screen has gone completely black and is unresponsive.  HELP!

My versa was acting up with the heat rate monitor after only having as a replacement for 3 months. I got the whole "we can't help you sorry here's 25% off". Really? Ok I'll just use it without the heat rate monitor, then the screen started freaking out and jumping back and forth from screens and replying to any  message that displayed. I then saw that there was an update and was excited thinking that my versa would get fixed with the update but no it completely just went black. I got a hold of customer support and did exactly what they said and now I can't get anything from it.
