My Versa screen no longer appears when I rotate my wrist towards me. I have to either tap the screen, which sometimes works, or press the left side button, which always works.
I have tried several soft resets, and have also tried turning the watch off and on, to no avail.
This watch has not been subject to drops, exposure to water, and has worked well since I purchased it about 1.5 years ago. My only other complaint is that the battery life is less than 24 hours, requiring a daily recharge.
Any advice is appreciated.

Left swipe your watch into Settings and scroll down until you see Screen Wake. You can toggle this setting between automatic and manual. If set to Automatic, the watch should come alive with a flick of the wrist.

Thanks DumbWatch. That worked.
I'm still left wondering why this option would be shifted from automatic to manual, when I have not messed with the settings since I first set up this watch at purchase over one year ago.
Much appreciated

On at least the latest firmware version, quick settings can also be accessed either by swiping down on the screen or by holding the left button for a couple of seconds (Versa Lite model).
It’s possible the button and / or screen were inadvertently tapped into the settings.
