I am having trouble with my Strava app on my Versa. I wear a Garmin 235 when I'm running. It is connected to my Strava and my versa. They are all connected, I have checked periodically to make sure. The problem is that my runs are either taking a week to show up on my Strava app on the Versa or I get the notification on my Versa that I need to connect the Strava app to the Versa, which is already done. Then at other times the runs show up. It is really frustrating, as I like having the Strava app on my Versa and to see my runs on it. The app is very glitchy and not consistent and I'm not sure if it is the fault of the app or the Versa. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm sorry to hear that your runs are not syncing properly to the Strava app on your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for the information provided.
On this case, I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling Strava from your Fitbit account. For instructions to link your accounts please visit this article.
Once you've linked them, please follow these instructions:
- From the Fitbit app tap the Versa icon > Apps > My Apps
- Tap the gear icon next to Strava > Authorize
- Login to your Strava account > Authorize
Please keep in mind the maps of your activities won't be shown immediately once Strava is selected, but it is necessary selecting each activity in order to access them. On your Versa you will be able to see the last 10 workouts. For information about what data will be transferred between your accounts please check out this post. The following activities won't be synchronized to Strava:
If you continue having the same problem, please make sure that your cellphone is part of the list of supported devices.
