Hi, I have a fitbit versa. I purchased from marketplace. Didn’t think anything of it. Worked great until one day, I noticed the battery drained like crazy. I’m talking 100% to dead in an hour or so. I contacted support and they suggested I do factory reset (I had done that the day prior when I looked up this myself). Due to “all troubleshooting options not working and not knowing the reason, my fitbit is faulty. The best they can do is 25% off a new device. I am wondering if that’s really all they can do? I bought it as a graduation gift for myself and it’s been not even a month. It still syncs Ang vibrates when I get a text or call. But the display is completely black. I disconnected it to see if I could pair it again but since I can’t see the display, I can’t pair it. I can’t possibly afford a new fitbit. Is there anything else I can do? (Yes, I’ve read the posts about the charging places and yes, I’ve tried all troubleshoot options. I never had a problem with my charge 2 like this and I hate to go back to that. If multiple people are having the SAME issues, is there more that can be done?

Hi @Abbycouttz Unfortunately that is not a question that can be answered in the Community Forums. Replacements are dealt with by Support only, so you have to go through them. If the Fitbit was not bought through a recognised retailer (which I assume is the problem), then there is nothing you can do. Support has the final say. Sorry
