Anyone know how to get the email and text options to work on a Samsung galaxy note 9? I have tried multiple things that are for other phones but not seeing any results.

I appreciate you have tried some troubleshooting to fix this issue by yourself. Smiley Wink Just to confirm, I'd like to know if you have followed all the troubleshooting in this help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

I redid these steps after doing a restart and it seems to be working now. Thanks
