Hi

 

I wondered if my connection issues are my mobile phone model?

 

Samsung J3.

 

Can anyone advise please?

It's great to see you here @lizzie72 and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.

 

Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to be as mentioned a compatible mobile device.

 

When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the following help article but I don't guarantee those steps will work 100%.
