Hi all,
I recently bought a versa and didn't think about if it's compatible! As u have the charge 2 and it works fine with it? Please say other people have the Samsung a5 2017 and it mainly works okay?? Want to keep this watch and hope I can! I mainly use it for when I go to the gym and steps.

Thank you for replying!! Not sure what to do I mean I have the charge 2 and had no problems?? Samsung a5 2017 isn't on the list so does that mean it won't work at all?

@Victoria_d No, it doesn't mean it wont work. It simply means the device hasn't been tested by Fitbit yet and some features may or may not work as designed. That's why it is important to search the forum. Also, you can always purchase the device, test it and if it does not work for you, return to the retailer. Just double check the return policy.

Hi,
The Bluetooth connection between my A5 2017 keeps dropping. I have updated software, reinstalled the fitbit app, unpaired all Bluetooth devices apart from the Versa and yet it still behaves the same. It's very frustrating.
