Hi @PaulT67  -  if you can play Samsung music on your phone you should be able to use Music controls on your watch to operate it.

If it's not working, go to Bluetooth on the phone and configure the Versa 3 control options on.

You may also need to restart the phone and the watch.

@PaulT67- It's "Versa 3 Controls" you need to configure on.

Versa 3 is managed by the Fitbit App and cannot be paired in Bluetooth manually.

Is your watch syncing with the Fitbit App ok?

There is also an option in Watch Settings, in Vibration & audio at the bottom, Music controls, Mine is off and still works.

You may have better luck setting it up with On-wrist calls in the Fitbit App [click profile photo, device photo].

@PaulT67  -  if you switched phone make sure the transfer went well and that your watch is syncing properly [no old Bluetooth connection to the old phone, or any other devices].
