My fitbit versa lite has paired to my new phone, but I am no longer receiving any notifications on my fitbit. Which was one one the reason I had my fitbit.

On searching it shows that my new phone is not compatible, neither is the s20.

Hi @DK1981 - This is a common problem with unsupported phones. Sometimes it is possible to work around these issues. Please check these tips to see if they help.

Yep, nothings works. I checked everything before contacting fitbit and posting here.

I could understand if it was an older phone, but never expected to have this problem with a new phone.

 

I can't seem to find where we can make suggestions.
