I've had my versa for not even a week and when ever I tap on anything it says either "no trans" or just a bunch of letters and numbers. I'm not sure how to fix this or what's wrong

I found another post where this happened. It's with the ionic but the ionic and versa use the same OS.

It suggests a solution but if this doesn't work for you then it sounds like customer support are able to help ( contact.fitbit.com )
