Hi I have just got a versa 2 watch, I already have a Fitbit account for another Fitbit so when I have went on to set up another devise on the app it is saying found device but then just saying connecting to devise at the bottom and not going any further does anyone no the problem?

What kind of phone do you have and what other Fitbit is still on your Account?

Its a I phone 6 and Fitbit inspire

Your Apple phone is the problem since a recent phone update but Fitbit is aware of the problem and is actively pursuing a solution.
