My phone keeps saying no device found.  I have the Fitbit Versa.  I have paired and unpaired the Versa on bluetooth.  I have update the Fitbit App to the latest version.  I have reboot Versa many times.  I have restarted phone several times.  I have turned Bluetooth off for 10 seconds many times and back on.  I have done all these and still saying "No Device Found" on the Fitbit App.  What gives?

Hi @UpsetWalker  Dont try pairing through your phones bluetooth settings as this doesnt work for fitbits. The App has ro do it. What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Yes mine is a supported device.  I have the Hauwei Honor 6x.  Ok so I should unpair the Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings?

Mine started doing that as well about a couple of days ago and not syncing, now a issue like the battery isn't holding a charge. Someone else posted about the battery not holding on a Versa, like me. I commented there too.

Battery isn't my problem.  It's still at 80% since last I charged.

I was thinking it may be a app issue communicating with each other and may have been the reason my app desktop saying Battery is at 100% but my tracker watch doing something else because I too was getting not syncing. I just got off phone with tech and my is actually due to the Tracker and possible battery issue.
