Scene and buttons not working since upgrade

I was having some issues with the notifications on the screen as would not clear but buttons ok. I saw there was a software upgrade so did that but now screen is just black and the buttons don’t work. I could see it’s working as my steps recorded on phone.

 

after reading though this forum I tried a reset but the Fitbit logo never appeared (screen stayed black) and now versa not found by phone.

Good luck @sarahdee1234  There seem to be a lot of us with the same problem and they’re not bothered and not offering any solutions other than trying different button presses. Used to love how Fitbit have always looked after their customers but now it seems like they don’t care!
