I regret to hear that you are having difficulties to add your credit card to Fitbit Pay. Currently, Scotibank is not part of the list of banks supported by Fitbit Pay.
I found a request on the Feature Suggestions board called Fitbit Pay - Bank of Novia Scotia (Scotiabank). It is currently under consideration. You are welcome to join and vote. There is no timeline for when it might be an approved card supplier.

It's been almost one year since you're trying to get Scotiabank on the list. What's progress on that. I have 3 friends and they're also having difficulty doing this.

Considering selling my Fitbit versa 2 and buying a Samsung watch so i can use it to pay. After 4 years of Canadian customers asking, Scotia Bank is still not supported? Sooooo many Canadians bank there! Other platforms support this bank and many others. Why can't fitbit? Is the fitbit wallet software not secure enough or does it not meet the standards of of the banks?
