The time doesn't show on my watch unless I push the button, I thought it was suppose to come on when I turned my wrist?

Hi there, @Annjanet29. Welcome to the Community Forums.

As @LZeeW mentioned, please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist.

If this settings is set correctly, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Hello @Annjanet29 and welcome to the Community.  The Screen Wake has an automatic and manual setting.  I wear a Versa 3 now, so here is a link to the Versa 2 manual.   Please see p 18-21 for the screen wake settings.
