Screen Wake isn't working on my Versa 3

I would like to flip up my watch and at least see the time and battery. Right now its blank when i flipp my wrist.

Hi there, @AmyStires. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

Please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist.

If this settings is set correctly, please try restarting your Versa 3 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
