Hi there, @Rdaun00. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
In addition to @Guy_'s recommendations, please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist.
If this settings is set correctly, please try restarting your Versa 3 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi @Rdaun00 - the best thing to check is swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure that Sleep and Do not disturb icons are off and wrist wake icon is on.
If you want the display on all the time you can use the Always On icon but that uses more battery.
Note: that sleep disables the automatic wake and you will have to double tap the screen or push the button
