Screen blank and won’t sync even though it says it has

The screen is just black and can’t get it to display

i have had the exact same issue its almost as if my versa has died..... its under a month old... have reported to fitbit and they are checking my warranty.... hopefully will be sorted soo!

Thanks- I am a bit cynical as to the cause as it appears to have coincided with a general update by Fitbit! It came on for a short time this afternoon and then went black again! Seems a bit strange that I have never had any problems previously and I’ve had it for over a year, then all of a sudden they do an update!

I’ve tried all the suggestions on the forum and you tube but will update if I get any help from Fitbit
