I bought my versa during 2018 black Friday sales. The face/screen came off after wearing it for less than 6 months. I am so disappointed. I will not recommend it to anyone.
Are you able to replace the screen or watch since it is still under the 1 year warranty.

A replacement fitbit should be possible as long as you got it from an authorised retailer. The first step in a claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Update:somone from fitbit contacted me and they will be sending me a free replacement Versa.
