Screen didn't show up anything

The versa is still working, but why does my versa screen not show anything. it just black!! can anyone tell me why. I just brought it 15 days ago:(

Both of you should do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

The same thing happened to me this morning.  I woke up and the screen is black.  I just got it last week.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what to do about it?

You can try a Factory Reset and if that doesn't work, contact Customer Support. For the Factory Reset, swipe left to  settings, touch About and then Factory Reset.  You will lose any changes you made since starting up your tracker.

Try restarting it.  Hold down the left button and the lower right button for 10 seconds or so and it should start right up.

Mine couldn't go to black.   Worst customer service I've ever seen! I ordered one of these directly from Fitbit in April, with expedited shipping. Since it was out of stock, I received it on May 4th. After hours of trying to get something other than gray on the screen, I then sat on chat for another few hours and determined it was a lemon. I shipped it back the next day at the Fed-X office using their label. I still don't have a replacement. The label they sent for me to ship it back to them takes 10 days to make it back. I was told they then have a few more days to look at it before sending out a new one (hopefully one that works this time). And, if I want a refund, that would take an additional 10 days. So, stuck now, no money, no Versa.

I tried to restart mine pushing the left and the bottom right buttons and nothing happens. The heart test sensor and the vibration are working fine. The display is the one that “shut down”

I tried but when I hold the button it does not work and I tried several times. What can I do now?

    Try turning it off and then back on again.  That fixed it for me.

Tried to restart but the display is “dead”

nevertheles the heart rate sensor and the vibrations are working.
