After getting all exited this morning with my Versa the screen has decided to flicker, then fad to grey.
I have reset by holding left button along with lower right one and no difference.
I have also gone to settings on the Versa and completed a Factory reset, fully charged Versa and still the same.
I have contact number for customer services in UK but they only work Monday to Friday (today's a Saturday) Typical.
Any more ideas please?

Have you tried contacting support via the following link? It says they are open 10:00 - 17:00 on a Saturday. There is also a live chat option available if you would prefer that.
