Screen fell off versa 2 and it's out of warranty

This is my second Fitbit watch. The screen fell off versa 2 shortly after warranty expired. This is my second Fitbit product. I was duped into buying a second one after my first one failed within a year and a half. They offered a discount of 25 percent and would not do anything to fix my ionic watch ($350 approx). Now this is my second broken watch in about 3 years and same offer of 25 percent off. I noticed in the forums they say they will try to help and all they do is offer you a discount to by another one of there products that only last 1 year I will buy apple or Garmin they seem to have a better build.

Same exact happened to me. I think next time I’ll save up and buy something different. I’ve been looking for apps also for Fitbit, and cannot find what I want. I think that is limited on fitbit

The versa 2 was for my wife after the Fitbit ionic broke and they offered
me a discount. I thought I'd give them a second chance. I have had a Garmin
and they are a great watch and seem to last a long time 2 plus years with
abuse too. My wife went back to her apple series 2 which is still going. I
like the Garmin watches to be honest and seem that the build quality is
better than Fitbit and save you quite a bit of money when your not buying a
new watch every year.

My screen is just hanging on with some tape. Hoping to find someone to fix it but was thinking of buying a screen protector that goes over, clamps on.
