My versa screen is white with faded letters. I have done a factory reset many times, changed the clock but it is still white. Is there a solution or is my versa broken, not had it long 2 to 3 months
actually that was a restart holding the 3 buttons I did. I cannot scroll through very well to get ti the settings icon sort of rubber bands back, and when I did tapping the icon will not open up the menu in fact none of the icons will exercise wont open either. Looks like this versa decided to fail altogether after a couple of months.
