Screen is Blank versa is still working as its syncing to my phone is fully charged

My screen developed a solid line on the left hand side then screen gradually started to  fade over period of 4 hours ,,  Screen is now  not showing any icons clock etc My  versa is charging stats are syncing as I can see on my phone and on my laptop .. I have tried switching off and on etc with using 3 buttons but no Fit bit Icon appears on screen when this has been done ?? anyone any ideas ? 

 

Syncing device is Galaxy A60

There are two Versas in my house. Both only a year old. Both with issues. On doing the same thing as yours. Everything is working, just no screen. One must guess when it buzzes. Message or move? It’s all very disappointing.
