I have had my Fitbit Versa since the 16th July, today i have found that the screen is faded with small lines throughout. It is not responding when I press the buttons and keeps going into a lank black screen.
It was working fine yesterday and I have not dropped it or exposed it to thermal conditions.
I have tried turning it off and on by re-setting it and this is not helping.
I am hoping this is something that can be resolved having not owned it very long.
