Screen is flashing green infrared light

My screen is flashing all kinds of weird colors. I’ve restarted it several times. Not even a year old

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Can you describe what you were doing before the screen started flashing colors? I see you have already tried doing a restart. Have you tried putting it on the charger and leaving it there for 30 minutes, then trying another restart? If you haven't don that yet, please give it a go and let us know if that works. Good morning,

I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary with my Fitbit tracker. I’ve barely had it for a year. I woke up to a flickering screen. I actually did that this morning from advice from others. It goes back and forth from working, to flickering again. No offense to you, but I bought this for me abs my girlfriend as well and I’d like something to be done even if that means sending another one. The auto-motion to view my display screen is almost nonexistent now as well. Something is wrong with the software. Merry Christmas as well and thanks for the timely response. I’ve had Fitbit for over 5 years so I’m aware a little hiccup here abs there. Please advise on next steps concerning customer support.
