When you move your arm to check the time, does it light up again? Does it respond to any button presses or taps? I'm just trying to see if it's acting normally or if there's some sort of a firmware issue with it.

@Chevelle68 @lneylon Let's try rebooting your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.

Tried numerous times for different lengths of time, logo never flashed.

@Chevelle68 ok, try factory reset using all buttons:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
If this fails, I'm afraid you will need to contact Customer Support as this might be a hardware issue.

@lneylon it seems like the tracker is on, but there might be a hardware issue. At this point I recommend contacting customer support for guidance.
