Screen locked and wont sinc with phone

I have had the Versa watch around only 4-6 mths purchased on line from Target unfortunately can not find receipt but will keep looking. Used only for 1 mth and the screen has locked states can only be unlocked via my phone. Many have tried and can not do it, i  have watched plenty of stuff on line to assist with no success. Now have the added problem that it will not sinc no matter what with my phone and the app that it was set up with has been deleted. I had a technical expert look at it and they said it needs to either be replaced or sent into to support for them to fix. Not very happy since i paid over $200 and could only use for 4 weeks.

The "unlock with your phone" message means that you have entered an incorrect PIN 10 times. As long as the fitbit is still connected to your account it should be possible to reset the PIN from the app.

 

Firstly, reinstall the app and sign-in. Deleting the app should not have removed the fitbit from your account so it should show on your list of devices. Then try the unlock procedure documented below:
