This morning my screen went blank after turning my alarm then came up with a number in the top right hand corner. Now it has lines through the information or the screen is only displaying in the top part of the screen. 
Ive tried resetting it and every time i try to get to the page for live chat or help it takes me to a page that says login in required but no option for a login. 1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg
