I have had the same issue starting last night. I shut down my versa, restarted, charged overnight. The screen is now black and not responsive! I have had the Versa for 6 months and wear it most days. Help!

I had random vertical lines upon waking this morning.  I did a restart and put it on the charger.  My phone app shows it is fully charged and working but I do not have anything but a black screen.  I received this as a Christmas gift so it's only 2 months old.

I am having the same problem with my versa and I have only had it since December. This has been my only problem, but since I can’t use the Versa, it’s a major issue!

I’m Having the same issue all of a sudden! 2 weeks ago after I had it charging I noticed once I took of off the charger it had this issue & it hasn’t changed back.  I’ve only had it since Christmas as well and it’s in very good condition. Do I need to use my warranty to exchange it/fix this issue?

It seems to happen more often with the versa. I hope they can help fix the problem or replace our Fitbit.

Yes. I reported it and they contacted me via e-mail. I had to take a picture of it with a return number and they sent me a new one. They can track it via the app to tell if it’s not working correctly. If you have any more questions, let me know.

Is it best to email customer service about the issues or call? Do you have the contact info for either/know where I can find it so O know I’m contacting the right people to get this resolved. Thanks again for all the help! 😁

I got my Versa for Christmas (2018) and this past week the battery is draining fast and I’m having the same hazy vertical lines.

I’ve restarted several times, charged overnight, changed my clock face I’ve been using for months to a simple Fitbit one... but to no avail.

It wasn’t even logging steps for a while. I love my Fitbit. What can we do???

I am having the same issues.  I received a text and looked down and screen was small and dim with discolored screen of death look.  I have had it since Christmas and hasn't been around water at all.
