Having trouble with Versa screen. The app is running and I've done all applicable trouble shooting ideas. When I go to the Fitbit app to choose an app it says my phone won't t except additional apps. My screen on the watch lights up but it is frozen. I can't get anything on it. I've checked all signals and is good on my phone
