Screen on the watch lights up but it is frozen

Having trouble with Versa screen. The app is running and I've done all applicable trouble shooting ideas. When I go to the Fitbit app to choose an app it says my phone won't t except additional apps. My screen on the watch lights up but it is frozen. I can't get anything on it. I've checked all signals and is good on my phone

Which App Vic?

Your Versa can handle up to 39 Apps before full.  Info

If it is your mobile rejecting the addition, what kind is the mobile and name of the App?
